Chantal Kopf (born 20 March 1995) is a German politician of theAlliance 90/The Greens[1] who has been serving as a member of theBundestag after the2021 German federal election.[2] representing the electoral district ofFreiburg.[3]
During her studies, Kopf managed the Freiburg office ofKerstin Andreae.[4]
In the negotiations to form acoalition government under the leadership ofMinister-President of Baden-WürttembergWinfried Kretschmann following the2021 state elections, Kopf was part of the working group on European and international affairs, led by Theresa Schopper andDaniel Caspary.[5][6]
In parliament, Kopf serves on the Committee on European Affairs. In addition to her committee assignments, she has been a member of the German delegation to theFranco-German Parliamentary Assembly since 2022.[7] She is also part of the German-Swiss Parliamentary Friendship Group.
