Central Sierra Miwok is aMiwok language spoken inCalifornia, in the upperStanislaus andTuolumne valleys. Today it is spoken by theChicken Ranch Rancheria of Me-Wuk Indians of California, afederally recognized tribe of Central Sierra Miwoks. As of 2012, an active revitalization program is underway in theTuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians.[2]
