Celeste Coppage Cairns is aRepublican member of theNorth Carolina House of Representatives who has represented the 13th district (including all ofCarteret County, as well as parts ofCraven County) since 2023.[1][2][3] Cairns ran unsuccessfully in the Republican Primary in the2019 North Carolina's 3rd congressional district special election.[4]
