Cecil Ray Morris (November 8, 1933 – September 12, 2001)[1] was anAmerican football coach and player. He served as the head football coach atCameron University inLawton, Oklahoma from 1981 to 1983.[2] Morris played at theUniversity of Oklahoma under head coachBud Wilkinson.[3]
