Casablanca Film Factory is an Indianfilm production,distribution andpublic relations company based in theSouth Indianfilm industry.[1][2] It was founded by film directorNirmal Baby Varghese in 2016.[3]
In 2016, Nirmal started his companyCasablanca Film Factory to produce his twoshort films,Mirror of Reality andMattam the Change, which were later released onAmazon Prime Video in 2020.[4][5][6] Their next filmThariode, ahistoricaldocumentary film about gold mining inThariyode. The film found critical acclaim in the festival circuit and won many awards includingKerala State Television Award.[7][8]
Company made their first feature debut film withVazhiye, which is the firstfound footage movie in theMalayalam language.[9][10][11] The film marked the debut ofHollywood music directorEvan Evans inIndian cinema.[12][13][14][15]
