Carole Lazare, sometimes credited asCarol Lazare, is a formerCanadian film and television actress who was prominent in the 1970s. She is most noted for her role in the filmOne Man, for which she won theCanadian Film Award forBest Supporting Actress in 1977.[1]

She also appeared in the filmsThe Megantic Outlaw,Lies My Father Told Me,[2] andThe Fly,[3] and in guest roles in the television seriesThe Starlost,King of Kensington andMatt and Jenny.

She was later a writer for the erotic television seriesBliss.[4]
