Carlos Alfredo Vera Rodríguez (born 25 June 1976) is afootball referee fromEcuador.

Career

Vera has been an international referee since 2006. He has officiated matches inFIFA World Cup qualifiers, theCopa Libertadores, theCopa Sudamericana and theSouth American Youth Football Championship. He was selected as a referee for the2011 Copa América in Argentina,[1] and the2015 Copa America inChile. In addition, he was appointed byFIFA to take charge of matches at the2012 FIFA Club World Cup and the2014 FIFA World Cup. He was selected as thefourth official for the2014 FIFA World Cup Final.
