Carlos Tovar Venegas (2 April 1914 – 15 June 2006) was a Peruvian international football player.[1] He participated with thePeru national football team at the1936 Summer Olympics inBerlin.[2][3]

Career

Tovar played club football forUniversitario de Deportes.[4] He earned 15 caps forPeru between 1935 and 1939.[5]
