Carl Anthony Carter Sr. (March 7, 1964 – May 15, 2019)[1] was acornerback in theNational Football League (NFL). He played for the St. Louis/Phoenix Cardinals,Cincinnati Bengals,Tampa Bay Buccaneers, andGreen Bay Packers. He was selected by the Cardinals in the fourth round of the1986 NFL draft.[2] Collegiately, he played for theTexas Tech Red Raiders.
Carter died on May 15, 2019, in his hometown of Fort Worth, TX.[3]
