Calusterone (INN,USAN) (brand namesMethosarb,Riedemil; former developmental code namesNSC-88536,U-22550), also known as7β,17α-dimethyltestosterone, is anorally activeanabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) that is used as anantineoplastic agent.[1][2] It is a17α-alkylated AAS similar in structure tobolasterone (which is its 7α-isomer).[1]
