Calleagris lacteus, themilky scarce flat, is abutterfly in the familyHesperiidae. It is found inGuinea,Sierra Leone,Liberia,Ivory Coast,Ghana,Nigeria,Cameroon, theRepublic of the Congo, theCentral African Republic, theDemocratic Republic of the Congo,Uganda,Tanzania andZambia.[2] The habitat consists of wetter forests.

Adult males are attracted to bird droppings.
