California's 21st senatorial district is one of 40CaliforniaState Senate districts. It is currently represented byDemocrat Monique Limón of Santa Barbara.

District profile

The district encompasses all ofSanta Barbara County and parts ofSan Luis Obispo andVentura counties, stretching fromGrover Beach in the north down along theHighway 101 corridor to includeSanta Maria,Buellton,Solvang,Goleta,Santa Barbara, theSanta Clara River Valley,Oxnard,Port Hueneme andCamarillo on the southeastern border. It also includes four of theChannel Islands, though all are uninhabited.[1]
