Cabassus orKabassos (Ancient Greek:Καβασσός), orCabessus orKabessos (Καβησσός), orKabissos, was a town ofancient Cataonia orCappadocia betweenTarsus andMazaca.[1][2] It was inhabited duringRoman andByzantine times.[3]
Its site is tentatively located west ofCucusus nearDoğanbeyli,Asiatic Turkey.[3][4]
