TheCB postcode area, also known as theCambridge postcode area,[2] is a group of sixteen postcode districts in theeast of England, within fivepost towns. These cover much of south and eastCambridgeshire (includingCambridge andEly), plus parts of westSuffolk (includingNewmarket andHaverhill) and north-westEssex (includingSaffron Walden), and a very small part ofNorfolk.
Districts CB21 to CB25 were formed in September 2006 from the parts of districts CB1 to CB5 lying outside of the city of Cambridge.[3][4][5]
