Voltage-dependent L-type calcium channel subunit beta-2 is aprotein that in humans is encoded by theCACNB2gene.[5][6][7]

Clinical significance

[edit]

Mutation in the CACNB2 gene are associated withBrugada syndrome, autism, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD),bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, andschizophrenia.[8]
