Brunette Francisco Hay Pino (born 7 September 1984) is afootball striker who currently plays forPlatense in the HonduranLiga Nacional.

Club career

A tall striker, Hay represented a few different local teams and had a stint inUruguayan football withRacing Club de Montevideo. He moved to Colombia to play alongside compatriotClive Trotman atAcademia in January 2006[1] and he later signed forSan Francisco fromTauro in April 2009.[2] In July 2009, Hay joined Colombian clubIndependiente Medellín on loan[3] and in July 2010 he moved toCortuluá for another 6-month loan alongside compatriotAlejandro Vélez.[4] He returned to Sporting SM in December 2010.[5] In August 2011 he went for a trial to[6] and in September 2011 he made his debut in theSwedish league withÖrebro.[7]

Costa Rica

In summer 2012, he moved abroad again to play for Costa Rican clubPérez Zeledón[8] but he left them for Bolivian sideNacional Potosí after scoring 8 goals in 22 games.[9] He returned to Pérez Zeledón in summer 2013, alongside fellow PanamanianArmando Polo.[10] In May 2014, he moved on to Costa Rican giantsHerediano,[11] where he was joined by compatriotGabriel Enrique Gómez. Herediano sent him on loan toBelén in January 2015.[12]

After he was released, Hay was expected to sign with Guatemalan sideUniversidad SC,[13] but the move did not materialize.[14]
