Bruce Liu Sing-lee (born 8 October 1958 inHong Kong) is a Hong Kongsolicitor andpolitician. He is the former chairman of the moderateAssociation for Democracy and People's Livelihood and an elected member ofKowloon City District Council (2008–2011) representing theKai Tak constituency.[1][2]
He graduated from the Department ofSocial Work in theChinese University of Hong Kong in 1983.[3] He was a member of theWong Tai Sin District Board (1985–1999), theLegislative Council of Hong Kong (1995–1997) and theProvisional Legislative Council (1997–1998).[4]
