Hércules de Brito Ruas, (born 9 August 1939 inRio de Janeiro), known asBrito, is a formerBrazilian footballer. He played as a centraldefender for several clubs, and for theBrazil national team.

Club career

In 1975, he played abroad in theNational Soccer League withMontreal Castors.[1]

International career

Brito has 45 caps with theBrazil national team between 1964 and 1972.

He won the1970 FIFA World Cup with theBrazil national team. He also played the1966 FIFA World Cup (one game againstPortugal).[2]
