Bricindera orBrikindera (Ancient Greek:Βρικίνδηρα) was an ancient town on the island ofRhodes. It was a member of theDelian League since it is mentioned in the records of tributes toancient Athens for 429/8 BCE, 421/0 BCE, when it paid aphoros of atalent, and 415/4 BCE.[1] It is also mentioned in amime ofHerodas of the 3rd century BCE.[2]
