Boulay-Moselle (French pronunciation:[bulɛmɔzel];German:Bolchen,Moselle Franconian:Bolchin) is acommune in theMoselledepartment inGrand Est in northeasternFrance.[3] The former commune of Halling-lès-Boulay (German:Hallingen) was incorporated in the commune in January 1973.[4] Until 2015, Boulay-Moselle was asubprefecture of the Moselle department.[5]
