Borhane Alaouié (1 April 1941 – 9 September 2021) was a Lebanesefilm director.^[1] He directed ten films since 1975. His debut filmKafr kasem was entered into the9th Moscow International Film Festival where it won a Diploma.^[2] His 1981 filmBeyroutou el lika was entered into the32nd Berlin International Film Festival.^[3]
