TheBoeing XP3B-1 (company designationModel 466) was a proposedpatrol aircraft, developed byBoeing for use by theUnited States Navy in the late 1940s.^[1] It was planned to be powered by twoAllison T40 turboprops drivingcontra-rotating propellers, and utilizedtandem landing gear. The project was cancelled before any aircraft were built.^[2]
