Bobby Brown III (born August 7, 2000) is an American professionalfootballdefensive tackle for theCarolina Panthers of theNational Football League (NFL). He playedcollege football atTexas A&M.[1] He was selected by theLos Angeles Rams in the fourth round of the2021 NFL draft.
He played college football atTexas A&M from 2018 to 2020.[2] He ranked seventh in theSoutheastern Conference with 5.5 sacks in the 2020 season.[3]

Brown was drafted by theLos Angeles Rams in the fourth round, 117th overall, of the2021 NFL draft.[6] He signed his four-year rookie contract with the Rams on June 3, 2021.[7][8] Brown ended his rookie season with a RamsSuper Bowl LVI victory against theCincinnati Bengals.[9]
Brown was suspended the first six games of the 2022 season for violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing substances.[10] In the 2022 season, he appeared in nine games and started one. He finished with eight total tackles.[11]
On October 10, 2023, Brown was placed oninjured reserve.[12] He was activated on November 18.[13] In the 2023 season, he appeared in and started 13 games. He had a half-sack and 31 tackles.[14] In the 2024 season, he appeared in all 17 games and started 16. He finished with 44 tackles and one pass defended.[15]
On March 14, 2025, Brown signed a three-year, $21 million contract with theCarolina Panthers.[16][17]
