Blue Mills is anunincorporated community inJackson County, in theU.S. state ofMissouri.[1]
The community was named for awatermill on theBlue River.[2] A post office called Blue Mill was established in 1835, and remained in operation until 1895.[3] A variant name was Twyman.[1]
