Blue Limbo is the ninth solo album bySusumu Hirasawa.

Background

[edit]

Thedystopian themes of the album were influenced by theIraq War and the remaining traces of theCambodian Civil War. One day before its release, "High-Minded Castle" and a new re-recording of "Love Song" fromAurora were given away for free to be used as a way to protest against theAmerican response to theSeptember 11 attacks and the compliance of theJapanese government to those actions.[1]
