Blucium orBloukion (Ancient Greek:Βλούκιον) was a fortress of theTolistoboii inancient Galatia.[1] It was the residence ofDeiotarus,[1] in defence of whomCicero made an oration, addressed to theDictator Caesar. In the text of Cicero, the name is readLuceium,[2] and, accordingly, some translators amendStrabo by writing Λούκειον.
Its site is located nearKaralar,Asiatic Turkey.[3][4]
