Biraj Bhakta Shrestha (Nepali:विराजभक्त श्रेष्ठ) is a Nepalese politician and the pastMinister of Youth and Sports serving since 6 March 2024 to July 2024.[1] He is a member ofRastriya Swatantra Party. He was elected to theHouse of Representatives fromKathmandu 8 in the2022 general elections. He secured victory over the runner-up candidate by a margin of approximately five thousand votes.[2]
He previously served as a member of the inauguralBagmati Provincial Assembly from theBibeksheel Sajhaparty list.[3][4]
