Bini (stylized inall caps; formerlyStar Hunt Academy Girls orSHA Girls) is a Filipino girl group formed in 2019 throughABS-CBN's televisedidol training programStar Hunt Academy, where they spent three years in preparation for their debut. The group is composed of eight members:Aiah,Colet,Maloi,Gwen,Stacey,Mikha,Jhoanna, andSheena. Since their inception, they have gained widespread recognition and been dubbed the "Nation's Girl Group" due to their impact on the public andPhilippine pop music. Bini became the Filipino pop group with the most monthly listeners onSpotify and the first to topBillboard'sPhilippine Songs chart. Their music is often associated withbubblegum pop, though they have garnered acclaim for incorporating a broad range of other genres as well.
Before their official debut on June 11, 2021, the group released a pop cover ofRyan Cayabyab's song "Da Coconut Nut" on November 20, 2020. In 2021, Bini released their debut studio albumBorn to Win, which was promoted with itstitle track and "Kapit Lang" as its two singles. Their second studio album,Feel Good (2022), was certified gold byPARI in August 2024.
In 2023, Bini issued the singles "Karera" and "Pantropiko", the latter of which went viral onTikTok through the "Pantropiko Dance Challenge" and was regarded as asummer anthem in the Philippines. A year later, they released their firstEP,Talaarawan (2024), which topped theBillboard Philippine Songs chart. On June 9, 2024, Bini entered the Top Artist Global Chart on Spotify, making them the first Filipino artist to achieve the record. The group also became the first Filipino act to top the Spotify Philippines' Daily Top Artists chart on June 14, surpassingTaylor Swift. In July, Bini became the first Filipino pop act to perform at theKCON music festival, showcasing their single "Cherry on Top" during the pre-show, at theCrypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. In November 2024, they became the first Filipino act to win the "Best Asia Act" prize at theMTV Europe Music Awards.
In 2025, they amassed one billion all-time streams on Spotify. They are the first artist to receive theBillboard PhilippinesWomen in Music "Rising Star" Award. In the same year, they were namedWomen of the Year. They were also recognized as the number-one Philippine act byBillboard Philippines, representing their country in the magazine's inauguralGlobal No.1 series. In May, Bini was included inForbes Asia's30 Under 30 list under the "Sports and Entertainment" category. On September 16,Coachella announced Bini as a part of the2026 lineup, making them the first Filipino act to perform at the festival.

History
2018–2020: Formation, pre-debut activities
As part of his belief that "Filipino talent has a place on the global stage", Laurenti Dyogi,ABS-CBN's head of entertainment production, had the idea of forming a training camp where youth aspiring to become superstars "can develop or further hone their talents".[2] In 2018, ABS-CBN launchedStar Hunt Academy (SHA), which had 250 auditionees between the ages of 16 and 19 years from all over the Philippines. From this pool, with recommendations fromtalent scouts, the first set of 12 femaleSHA trainees was selected. While Dyogi initially planned to debut a nine-member idol girl group, it was eventually trimmed down to eight:Aiah Arceta,Colet Vergara,Maloi Ricalde,Stacey Sevilleja,Mikha Lim,Jhoanna Robles, Gwen Apuli, andSheena Catacutan,[2] the last two having been housemates onPinoy Big Brother: Otso (2018–2019).[3]
The group trained from 2019 to 2020 under local coaches, which included Kitchy Molina, a former chair of the Department of Voice, Music Theater, and Dance at theUniversity of the Philippines College of Music;[4] the Austrian-born dance coachMickey Perz; and South Korean coaches from MU Doctor Academy.[2]
In August 2020, the group participated in the PhilippineK-pop Convention's HappyHallyu Day 4 event.[5]
For Bini's pre-debut single, South Korea's MU Doctor Academy and the music production group Vo3e collaborated to transformRyan Cayabyab's novelty song "Da Coconut Nut" into anelectropop remake. In addition, choreographers Moon Yeon-joo and Kwak Seong-chan, who had previously worked with K-pop groups, were brought in to create a dance routine.[6]Bini's version of "Da Coconut Nut" was released in November.[7] On November 21, they performed the song live for the first time on the noontime variety showIt's Showtime, where it was well received by the audience.[8]
Bini released multiple teasers leading to their debut, with the first one coming out on May 4, 2021, through aQR code leading to an image that read "Are you ready for the Biniverse?"[10] The same month, their music label, Star Music, announced the group's premiere with the single "Born to Win",[10][11] which was released on June 4.[12] That day, the group hosted the first segment of their official launch,Bini: The Runway, which was broadcast via KTX. The event combined fashion and music, withbespoke creations by local designerFrancis Libiran.[12] The Philippine lifestyle magazineMetro featured an exclusive on Bini's debut along with a photoshoot of the group.[13][14] On June 13, Bini performed "Born to Win" as part of their first live performance onASAP.[15]
In August, the group participated in the Philippine K-pop Convention's Happy Hallyu Day 5 event, performing dance covers of various K-pop songs in addition to "Born to Win".[16]
Bini subsequently issued their third single, "Kapit Lang", on September 10.[17] On September 30, at theMiss Universe Philippines 2021 pageant, they performed a modified version of "Born to Win", which was used as the official song for the pageant's preliminary swimsuit and evening gown competitions.[18]
In February 2022, the group was featured on the cover of theDubai-based magazineXpedition as "The Burgeoning Grace", making them one of the first Filipino celebrities, alongside their fellowSHA alumni,BGYO, to have anNFT magazine cover launched through theMetaverse.[19]
On October 15, Bini performed at the Mr. Music: The Hits ofJonathan Manalo concert, which celebrated the eponymous artist's 20th anniversary in the music industry. The event, which featured over 30 musicians, took place at theNewport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay.[25][26]

In 2023, copies of the Bini singles "Kapit Lang" and "Golden Arrow" were sent to theMoon as part of the Lunar Codex archive byNASA.[27][28] Later that year, the group released the singles "Karera" and "Pantropiko".[29][30] "Karera" became widely recognized at school graduation ceremonies for its themes and lyrics, which resonated with students.[31] Bini gained further recognition after "Pantropiko" went viral onTikTok, being regarded as a summer anthem in the Philippines.[30] Its trend led to the "Pantropiko Dance Challenge", in which millions of users participated.[32] In January 2024, the group's monthly listeners onSpotify surpassed 200,000 for the first time, following the viral success of "Pantropiko".[33] In July, "Pantropiko" reached 100 million streams on Spotify and YouTube Music.[34]
Coinciding withInternational Women's Day on March 8, 2024, Bini released theEPTalaarawan, which consisted of six songs, including "Karera" and "Pantropiko".[35][32] One of tracks, "Salamin, Salamin", became one of two songs by the group, alongside "Pantropiko", to topBillboard'sPhilippines Songs chart.[36] By late March, Bini had over two million monthly listeners on Spotify, making them the highest-streamed femaleOPM artist and the most-streamed P-pop group on the platform.[37][38]
Bini, along with fellow P-pop girl groupG22, appeared on the Chinese reality showShow It All, hosted byLay Zhang, performing "Karera", "I Feel Good", and "Pantropiko" in episodes that aired on April 25 and May 2.[39][40][41]
In June, Bini entered the Top Artists Global chart on Spotify, reaching 193rd place.[42][43] On June 10, the group launched their website[44] and announced plans to release a new single, titled "Cherry on Top".[45][46] On June 11, they held their inaugural "National Happy Bini Day" atOne Ayala in Makati to commemorate their third anniversary.[44] On June 12, during the 126th anniversary ofPhilippine independence, Bini performed at festivities organized by the Philippine government at theQuirino Grandstand. Their performance was cut short due to safety concerns arising from unruly crowds, which resulted in medical emergencies for some attendees.[47]
On June 28, 2024, Bini began their first tour, titledBiniverse, with a three-day concert at theNew Frontier Theater in Quezon City.[48] It was followed by stops inBaguio,Cebu City, andGeneral Santos in July,[49] and an overseas leg in Canada in August.[50] In November, the group held another three-day show, titled the Grand Biniverse, at theAraneta Coliseum in Quezon City. Bini became the first Filipino girl group to hold three consecutive sold-out shows at the New Frontier Theater as well as the Araneta Coliseum.[51][52] They were also featured in a three-part documentary series on the Biniverse tour byiWantTFC, titledBini Chapter 1: Born To Win,[53]Bini Chapter 2: Here with You,[54] andBini Chapter 3: Hanggang Dulo.[55]
In July, ABS-CBN Music announced that work was underway on Bini's fourth album, and that another album was slated to be released for foreign audiences.[56] On July 11, the single "Cherry on Top" finally came out,[57] topping the Top Songs chart oniTunes Philippines and becoming the number-one trending song on YouTube immediately after its release.[58] The group, sans Jhoanna, who was ill, also performed at the pre-show of theKCON 2024 music festival in Los Angeles on July 27,[59] making them the firstPinoy pop group to do so at the event.[60] The same month,Billboard Philippines reported that almost all of the songs in the Top Five of their Top Philippine Songs chart were by Bini, except for "Dilaw" byMaki. A total of six Bini songs were on the chart, including the 2022 releases "Na Na Na", "Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi", and "Lagi".[61] Later in the month, the magazine reported a total of seven songs on the same chart.[62]

On August 27, Bini, along with the P-pop boy bandSB19, were chosen to receive the Voices of Asia Award inBillboard Korea's K Power 100 launch event, in recognition of their significant contributions to Filipino music and their promotion of P-pop on the global stage.[63] Bini performed "Cherry on Top" and "Pantropiko" at the event, which was held atHotel Shilla's Yeong Bin Gwan Hall in Seoul, South Korea.[64] On October 12–13, Bini served as one of the main performers during the ASIYA: Asian Music Festival and Conference at theWorld Trade Center inPasay.[65]
On November 10, Bini became the first Filipino performers to win the Best Asia Act at theMTV Europe Music Awards, held in the United Kingdom.[66] On November 27, "Salamin, Salamin" was listed in Apple Music's Best Songs of 2024 in the Philippines, surpassing foreign acts such asRosé,Billie Eilish,Sabrina Carpenter, and Taylor Swift.[67][68]
In December, "Salamin, Salamin" and "Cherry on Top" were recognized as the top one and top two music videos of 2024 on YouTube in the Philippines, respectively.[69] Bini were also recognized by Spotify as the Top Groups and Top Local Groups, as well as its second Top Local Artist in the Philippines for 2024, while "Pantropiko" landed at fifth place in its Top Songs list.[70] Google also recognized Bini as its most-searched female personality in the Philippines in 2024, with memberMikha also placing tenth in the list.[71]Billboard Philippines also recognized Bini as the Philippines' number-one artist for the magazine's inauguralGlobal No. 1 series in 2024.[72]
On New Year's Eve, Bini performed atAyala Land's New Year countdown event, Radiating on Top, held atAyala Avenue in Makati.[73]
On February 4, 2025, Bini renewed their contracts with Star Magic and Star Music.[74] On February 13, the group released the new single "Blink Twice".[75]
In December 2024, it had been announced that Grand Biniverse: The Valentine Repeat, at Araneta Coliseum, would be the first stop of Bini's first world tour, titledBiniverse World Tour 2025.[76] The show was held at thePhilippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan, on February 15, making Bini the first Philippine act to headline a concert at the venue,[77] and they subsequently became the first local act to hold a sold-out concert at the venue, which has a capacity of 55,000 seats.[78] At the end of the show, the group announced that an upcoming EP, titledBiniverse, would be released on February 27.[79] It was to be their first all-English album,[80] and it included a collaboration with formerDay6 memberJae Park[81] as well as the singles "Cherry on Top" and "Blink Twice".[82] The Biniverse World Tour 2025 continued with stops inDubai, London, Canada, and the United States, until June.[83]
On February 17, theAurora Music Festival announced that the group would headline both days of the event's 2025 iteration, which was held on May 3 and 4 inClark, Pampanga.[84][85][86] They also headlined theDavao edition of the event, on October 25, alongside Filipino singersAmiel Sol andRob Deniel.[87] At the inauguration ofThe Official Philippines Chart on February 19, Bini were recognized as its top local artist of the year, while "Salamin, Salamin" and "Pantropiko" were named top four and five local songs of the year, respectively.[88]
On March 20, Bini reached one billion all-time streams on Spotify.[89] That same month, the group was named as the Women of the Year ofBillboard Philippines Women in Music.[90]
In May,Sheena made her acting debut, playing herself in a biographical episode of the drama anthology seriesMaalaala Mo Kaya. The rest of Bini also appeared in the episode.[91] On May 8, Bini issued a public apology on social media following the circulation of a video showing members Jhoanna, Colet, and Stacey reacting to inappropriate sexual jokes made by dancer and content creator Shawn Castro andGAT member Ethan David. In a statement, the band acknowledged that they had "made a mistake" and expressed regret. They also said they were committed to taking full accountability and intended to learn from the controversy. David and Castro also apologized and took full responsibility for the incident.[92][93] On May 14, Bini were included inForbes Asia's annual30 Under 30 roster, under "Sports and Entertainment". According to the magazine, they are the only girl group in the 2025 list.[94] A few days later, the group released a video for their song "Zero Pressure", which had come out at the end of February.[95] On May 17, after arriving in Dubai for the first stop on the Biniverse World Tour, they received a certificate of commendation from thePhilippine Consulate General, in recognition of their contributions to "Filipino culture and pride on the global stage".[96] The next day, they performed at theCoca-Cola Arena, with more than 10,000 people in attendance.[97]
During the US leg of the tour, the group participated as guests in the 127thPhilippine Independence Day parade in New York City on June 1.[98] They also released a single titled "Shagidi", which was inspired by a traditional Filipino children's game.[99] On June 29, Bini hosted the "Here with You" homecoming fan meet at theSM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay. The event also saw the formal launch of the group's own product line, Bini Cosmetics.[100] In an article published on July 29, the British magazine&Asian named "Lagi" as the third best P-pop song of the 21st century so far, tied with "Mapa" bySB19. Its author, Julienne Loreto, described the song as a "perfect union between old-schoolpop rock and sparklyelectropop" and a "masterpiece on all fronts".[22]

On August 8, Bini released a music video for "Shagidi".[101][102] Later that month, they filed a legal complaint against an unnamed party through their lawyer andDaily Tribune columnist Joji Alonso.[103][104] The group accused therespondent ofunjust vexation under Article 287 of theRevised Penal Code related to theCybercrime Prevention Act of 2012,[105] over a 25-minute video of them trying a variety ofstreet food that had been spliced down to two minutes by the American YouTube channelPeople vs Food, focusing on their negative reactions only. Bini sought a total of ₱8 million (US$162,436.55) indamages.[106] On August 21, during a signing event for their photo journal, titledJourney Through the Biniverse, the group announced Binified: A Year-End Concert, scheduled for November 29 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan. They also revealed plans to release a new album featuring English and Filipino tracks, some of which would be performed at the concert.[107]
On September 9, they announced that they will perform alongside SB19 at theFilipino Music Awards on October 21, 2025, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.[108][109] They were recognized as notable alumni of Spotify Radar, alongside the Filipino pop rock bandCup of Joe.[110] The girl group announced the release of their documentary "Bini World Tour Series", which documents their experiences during international performances, including concert preparations, behind the scenes activities, and life on tour.[111] On September 16,Coachella officially announced Bini as a part of their2026 lineup, marking them as the first Filipino act to perform at the festival. The group will perform on April 10 and 17, 2026.[112] The following day, they teased their new single, titled "First Luv",[113] which was released on October 2, 2025.[114] The song enteredBillboard Philippines'Hot 100 in the week of October 18, debuting at number 73. It is reportedly the onlyP-pop song on the chart.[115] On October 19, they performed alongside K-pop boy groupNTX andJi Chang-wook at the Domin8: Grand Anniversary concert held at the Mall of Asia Arena.[116]
On October 20, Bini was included as a performer at the 2025 Wonderful Moments Music Festival scheduled on December 6 to 7 at the SMDC Festival Grounds inParañaque.[117] On October 24, they announced their second album titledFlames.[118] A component single, "Paru-Paro", was released ahead of the album in November.[119]Flames was released on November 20 alongside a music video for the component single "Sweet Tooth".[120]

Bini's discography has been widely described asbubblegum pop andteen pop.[123][124]NME's Suraj Singh noted that the group infused bubblegum pop into their pre-debut single, a cover of thereggae track "Da Coconut Nut" by Ryan Cayabyab.[125] Their debut single, "Born to Win", has been described as anelectropop song.[126] Bini members Mikha and Gwen have said that the group decided to stick with a bubblegum sound after finding success with "Lagi" (lit.'Always') in 2022.[127][128]
The group are known for blending their sound with traditional Filipino elements, contributing to a musical style that has been described as both modern and culturally rooted.[139] Their music often features catchy melodies and meaningful lyrics, as shown in their songs "Salamin, Salamin" and "Pantropiko".[140]Rappler's Mika Geronimo recognized the group's "luscious" vocal harmonies and "distinctly Filipino" lyricism as their trademarks, as heard in their 2024 EPTalaarawan (lit.'Diary').[141]
Vocals
Various publications have recognized Bini for their strong vocal abilities. In 2024, Gelo Gonzales ofRappler highlighted the group's "strong" harmonic singing and "well-executed" discography.[142] Similarly, Earl Taruc ofZeen noted how Bini maintain vocal excellence even with challenging choreography, emphasizing the group's ability to showcase individual vocal qualities while remaining cohesive as a group.[143]
Lay Zhang, best known as a member of the K-Pop groupExo, lauded Bini's vocals after the group performed on the Chinese television programShow It All, remarking that, "Woah, it's amazing. The vocal [sic] is amazing!"[144] Bini's main vocalists,Colet andMaloi, as well asJhoanna, are known as the group's "poste (lit.'pillar') line" or by the portmanteau name "Majholet", owing to the trio's consistency and reliability as singers.[143] Another member,Stacey, is capable of producing notes in thewhistle register, a skill used in the song "Kabataang Pinoy" withSB19, among other tracks.[145] Actor and dancerMickey Perz said in 2024 that Bini's instructors refined the group's singing and dancing by training them as though they were athletes, not musicians. The rigorous training regimen honed the members' essential skills for performing live, such as stamina.[146]
Journalists from different countries have also praised Bini's live vocals after they embarked on their Biniverse World Tour 2025. Manuel Almario of the Dubai-based newspaperGulf News described their singing as "flawless".[147] Writing for the American magazinePositively Filipino, Julienne Loreto called the group's live vocals at the London leg of their tour raw yet stable, noting that each member had standout vocal moments. They also quotedvoice teachers who lauded Colet's technical skills in particular, such as an American instructor named Jessica Robb, who praised herpharyngeal resonance. Loreto expressed the belief that Colet is "the best" female vocalist of her generation in P-pop.[132] Aaron Tolentino ofKRON 4, an American news site, commended the power in Bini's singing at their San Francisco stop.[148]

Gianna Sibal ofMega magazine praised Bini for championing the Philippine music industry. She wrote that the group provides "a broader appreciation of Philippine music on global platforms".[150] Likewise, Angela Nicole Guiral ofTatler Asia identified Bini as one of the top P-pop acts in terms of advancing the future of the Philippine music industry.[151] In November 2024, theLos Angeles Clippers' Spirit Dance Team performed "Cherry on Top" in celebration of Filipino Heritage Night. The number took place atIntuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Five of the featured dancers wereFilipino-American.[152][153]Rolling Stone Philippines' Elijah Pareño described Bini as "cultural forces reshaping the Pinoy pop landscape through raw authenticity rather than manufactured glamor".[154]

Sibal also credited Bini'sRoadtrip Adventuresvlog series, made in collaboration with theDepartment of Tourism, for bolstering local tourism.[150][155] Bini have been recognized for promotingFilipino culture, even in their English-language songs such as "Cherry on Top".[156][157] Christa Escudero ofRappler described Bini as a strong representation of Filipino talent on the global stage in 2024.[158]
Apart from boosting national pride, Bini have been noted to represent diverseethnic identities amongGen Z Filipinos as well. The members of the group hail from different regions and cultural backgrounds. Some of their songs, such as "B HU U R" from their first album,Born to Win, feature different Philippine languages, includingIlocano andAklanon.[159][160] In Escudero's feature about the Cebu leg of theBiniverse tour, a 22-year-old concertgoer was quoted as saying, "Bini is a victory for usBisaya, and a victory for our country".[158] Writing for the American magazinePositively Filipino, Julienne Loreto observed that Bini's rapid rise in popularity encouraged many fans, known as Blooms, to take an interest in learningCebuano. Supporters expressed a desire to study the language to better connect with and understand Cebuano-speaking members Aiah and Colet.[160]Google Philippines country director Jackie Wang noted that Bini has played a key role in redefining Pinoy pop culture both locally and internationally. She added that digital platforms such as YouTube have been instrumental in helping the group broaden their audience, set new trends, and engage with their fanbase.[161]
Marielle Filoteo ofParcinq described Bini as afeminist girl group. She wrote that they "celebrate femininity in every concept".[162] Maria Sophia Rosello ofArt+ echoed the sentiment a year later, following the release ofTalaarawan. She noted that the mini-album was released onInternational Women's Day and said that each track "celebrat[es] female strength, resilience, and individuality".[149] Hannah Mallorca of thePhilippine Daily Inquirer noted that the group's increased influence had led to them being invited to events focusing onfemale empowerment and other social issues. In the interview, the members affirmed that they want to empower women through their music and other ventures. Colet told the publication that being recognized as a young woman in the industry gave them a sense of empowerment and responsibility, noting that as public figures, their voices carry weight in discussions of important issues.[128]

On June 23, 2024, Bini organized a five-kilometer fun run titled the "Bini Run" alongRoxas Boulevard in Manila, attended by more than 6,000 participants.[172] A second fun run was held inAlabang,Muntinlupa on January 19, 2025, and was attended by more than 7,000 runners.[173] Another iteration of the Bini Run was held inIloilo City on October 11, 2025, with more than 2,000 runners in attendance.[174] The Iloilo government described the event as a moment where "grace meets culture".[175]
Endorsements
Since their debut, Bini has been on several endorsement deals, reflecting their broad appeal and influence, especially amongGen Z consumers.[176] In September 2022, Bini unveiled their collaboration with cosmetic brandMaybelline by releasing theirpromotional single "Made for All".[177]
In February 2023, Bini was unveiled as the new ambassador of the feminine hygiene brand Modess, teaming up for a menstrual campaign.[178][179] In July of the same year, the group became the ambassador of the snack brand Super Crunch, releasing a full-track promotional single titled "Super Crush".[180]
On May 28, the e-commerce companyShopee introduced Bini as its new brand ambassador as part of its effort to engage with the Filipino Gen Z market.[188] On June 17, Filipino fast food chainJollibee announced Bini as its new ambassador, coincided with the launch of a newcheeseburger item, held atTrinoma in Quezon City.[189] As part of the endorsement, Jollibee released a limited edition "JolliBini Meals" menu that included 17 collectible photo cards, two for each member, and a special group photo card serving as a special fan meet ticket.[190] The fan meeting with Bini was organized on September 15.[191] On August 12, cosmetic brandMAC Cosmetics revealed Bini as their new brand ambassador, coinciding with the release of a new product lineup. As part of the endorsement, the group made a special appearance at the brand's product launch event at theSM Mall of Asia Music Hall on August 30.[192][193]

In late 2024, Bini secured several new endorsement deals, expanding their presence across various industries. In September, the group was named the ambassadors forCDO Idol, a hotdog brand;[194]Fudgee Barr, a snack cake brand;[195] andSunsilk, a shampoo brand.[196] Bini also served as an ambassador forNescafé.[197]
In October, the group became the ambassadors for the clothing brandPenshoppe, releasing a promotional single titled "Icon".[198] On November 15, the Philippine bookstore chain,National Book Store (NBS), unveiled their limited-edition "NBS x Bini collection", which included school and office supplies featuringchibi illustrations of the Bini members.[199]
In February 2025, IAM Worldwide named Bini as their newest brand ambassadors for Amazing Choco Barley.[200] In March 2025, Bini partnered withAkari Lighting & Technology for the latter's portable fans lineup, a collaboration that culminated in a fan meet event on September 2025.[201] On April 30, 2025, Baobab Eyewear announced Bini as its first celebrity ambassadors with the release of Binivision, featuring limited edition Bini-themed eyewear and photocards.[202] In the same month, Payless Instant Noodles announced Bini as its newest brand ambassadors.[203] As part of its 2025 edition of "Share a Coke" marketing campaign,Coca-Cola inscribed the names of the Bini members and their fan group name, Blooms, on its bottles sold in the Philippines.[204] On August 15, Bini partnered withSurf and headlined "Haba-Habango Day" event at SMX Aura, which also featured their fan community.[205]
Coke Studio Philippines
In July 2022, Bini collaborated with Coca-Cola forCoke Studio Philippines' sixth season.[206] The group co-wrote the single "Love Yourself" with a fan, and it was released as part of theCoke Studio Fan Fusion EP.[207] The season was the first to introduce collaborations between artists and fans.[208] For the seventh season, in October 2023, the group worked with thehip-hop group PlayerTwo, performing a reimagined rendition ofIñigo Pascual andRon Henley's "Bata, Kaya Mo!" (lit.'You Can Do It, Kid!'), a song from the third season.[209] In November 2024, Bini collaborated again for the eighth season, in which it released the single "Blooming".[210] For the ninth season, Bini, in collaboration with the Orchestra of the Filipino Youth, released a new song titled "Oxygen" for the ninth season,[211] and performed at the Coke Studio Live concert at theAraneta Coliseum inQuezon City on September 5, 2025.[212]
Philanthropy
On November 16, 2019, as the youth ambassadors ofNational Youth Commission, the group took part in the 2019 FitFil Youth Against Drugs (and Obesity) campaign to promote healthy living among the youth. The event was held at the SM Mall of Asia by the Bay.[213]
On November 28, 2020, Bini participated on a virtual fundraising concert entitled #TikTokTogetherPH hosted byTikTok Philippines for the benefit of Generation Hope,World Vision, thePhilippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), and Balcony Entertainment along with other artists and vloggers in the Philippines.[214]
On December 8, 2020, Bini, along with the boy groupBGYO held a joint auction charity event called #BinificiaryAucSHAn for the benefit ofTyphoon Ulysses (Vamco) victims. The project ended up raising a total of₱125,642 (2020) (US$2,531.87), from the groups' auctioned trainee shirts, as well as several other belongings, and from the fund raised viaKumu. All the proceeds were donated to theCagayan andIsabela relief operations through ABS-CBN Foundation'sSagip Kapamilya.[b][215] On December 20, the group, alongside other P-pop idol groups, performed onABS-CBN's 2020 Christmas Special fundraising pre-show, KTnX Ang Babait Ninyo.[c] Proceeds from the show were donated to ABS-CBN Foundation's for the typhoon victims.[216][217]
Bini have also expressed support for theLGBT community, citing their support for them at an event with Filipinodrag queens inQuezon City in May 2024.[163]
On October 25, 2024, Bini announced that ₱1 million (US$20,304.57) from theirGrand Biniverse concert ticket sales would be donated to ABS-CBN Foundation'sSagip Kapamilya[b] program to support relief efforts for the victims ofTropical Storm Kristine (Trami).[218] At the Grand Biniverse concert, Bini performed their original song "Kapit Lang" inFilipino Sign Language as a show of support for the hearing-impaired community.[219]
During the "Here with You" homecoming fan meet held on June 29, 2025, Bini donated ₱362,000 (US$7,350.25) to the ABS-CBN Foundation. The amount was raised through sales of Bini merchandise.[220]
Cosmetics

Webcast
On March 15, 2021,ABS-CBN announced that they were partnering with Filipinosocial networking serviceKumu to bring over 100 artists that will stream on the app, participate in Kumu campaigns, and get to interact with their fans more regularly on the platform, in what was described as the biggest celebrity streaming partnership in the country. Bini was among those who joined the campaign.[222]
Throughout their career, Bini saw received numerous accolades, including fiveAwit Awards,[223] twelve Ppop Music Awards,[224] and anMTV Music Award.[225] In 2021, their debut single "Born To Win" was nominated for Wish Pop Song of the Year at theWish Music Awards.[226] Their second album,Feel Good, produced the single "Lagi", which earned several nominations at the 2023 Awit Awards, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year.[227] That same year, the group won International New Artist Song at theBreakTudo Awards[228] and was named Top Favorite Group of the Year at the Ppop Music Awards, whereAiah,Sheena andJhoanna also received individual honors.[229] In 2024, the group continued their success with multiple wins, including Concert of the Year forGrand Biniverse at the Ppop Music Awards.[230]
In 2025, Bini was named Top Local Artist of the Year during the inaugural ceremony of theOfficial Philippines Chart.[231] That same month, they received two awards at the Platinum Stallion National Media Awards, while their documentaryBini Chapter 1: Born To Win was nominated for Best Documentary Feature at the 5th Pinoy Rebyu[d] Awards.[232] The group was also recognized as Women of the Year byBillboard Philippines Women in Music event.[233]
