Biguetiella is a genus in the phylumApicomplexa. The type species of this genus isBiguetiella minuta.
Thegenus was described by Landauet al. in 1984.[1]
Biguetiella has small intra-hepatocytic schizonts (< 15 micrometres).
The only known host of these parasites is the intermediate roundleaf bat (Hipposideros larvatus).
These parasites are found in Thailand.
