Asian Games appearances (overview)

Bhutan participated in the2018 Asian Games inJakarta andPalembang,Indonesia from 18 August to 2 September 2018. Bhutan first competed at theAsian Games in1986 Seoul.[1] At the last edition of2014 Asian Games inIncheon, South Korea, a total of 16 Bhutanese athletes took part in seven different sports.[2] This time, 24 Bhutanese athletes will compete in four different sports including archery, boxing, taekwondo and golf.[3]

ArcherKarma was the nation's flag bearer at the opening ceremony.[4]
