State Air Company Berkut, commonly known asBerkut Air, was an airline based inAstana,Kazakhstan, operated Government charter flights out ofNursultan Nazarbayev International Airport.[1]

History

Berkut was founded in 1999.[2] Except all other commercial Kazakh airlines, it was not banned from enteringEU airspace in April 2009, due to the high standards of technical maintenance.[2]
