Bellino is acomune (municipality) in theProvince of Cuneo in theItalian regionPiedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) southwest ofTurin and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) northwest ofCuneo, on the border with France. It is located in the upperVaraita Valley.

Bellino borders the following municipalities:Acceglio,Casteldelfino,Elva,Pontechianale,Prazzo, andSaint-Paul-sur-Ubaye (France). ThePelvo d'Elva peak is located in the communal territory.
