Battle in the Valley was aprofessional wrestlingpay-per-view (PPV) event produced byNew Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). It took place on January 11, 2025, atSan Jose Civic inSan Jose, California.[1] It is the fourth event under theBattle in the Valley chronology. The event features wrestlers from NJPW partner promotionsAll Elite Wrestling (AEW),World Wonder Ring Stardom, andConsejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL).

Ten matches were contested at the event. In the main event,El Desperado defeatedTaiji Ishimori to retain theIWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship. In other prominent matches,Zack Sabre Jr. defeatedHechicero,Konosuke Takeshita defeatedKushida to retain theNever Openweight Championship, andHiromu Takahashi,Mayu Iwatani, andYuka Sakazaki defeatedSumie Sakai andHouse of Torture (Evil andSho) in aSix-person tag team match. This was Sakai'sretirement match.
