Barton Heyman (January 24, 1937  – May 15, 1996)^[1] was an Americanactor.^[2][3] Heyman was a graduate of theUniversity of California, Los Angeles where he studiedtheater arts.^[2] As anactor in films, hisobituary in theLos Angeles Times asserts that he came to public attention for his role in the 1995 movieDead Man Walking.^[3] Heyman was also a stage actor, appearing in a number ofNew York Shakespeare Festival productions.^[2]
