Barsal-nuna (Sumerian: 𒁇𒊩𒉣𒈾 bar.sal.nun.na) ofKish was the seventeenth Sumerian king in the First Dynasty of Kish, according to theSumerian King List. His father wasEn-me-nuna; he succeeded his brotherMelem-Kish.[1] His name may have meantSheep of the Prince. Barsal (𒁇𒊩) meansA sheep.[2] Barsal-nuna is not mentioned inEarly Dynastic documents, meaning that is likely that he was not a historical person.[3]
