Bargain (Korean: 몸값,Momgap) is a 2022South Korean televisionminiseries directed by Jeon Woo-sung and starringJin Seon-kyu,Jeon Jong-seo andChang Ryul.[1] It aired onTVING from October 28 through November 4, 2022.[2]
The series was adapted from the 2015 short filmBargain, directed byLee Chung-hyun.[4] Theprincipal photography of the series commenced in 2022,[5] withJin Seon-kyu andJeon Jong-seo joining the cast.[6]
The series was co-produced byCJ ENM andParamount Global, with the latter handled the global distribution outside South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.[7]
The series premiered at the27th Busan International Film Festival and screened at the2023 Toronto International Film Festival.[8][9]
In her review forTheGuardian.com,Lucy Mangan gave the series a four-star rating out of five.[10]
