TheBallard Building is a historic building inSeattle'sBallard neighborhood, in theU.S. state ofWashington. It was built by theFraternal Order of Eagles in the 1920s.^[1][2] The terracotta building has housed a community hospital, restaurants and other businesses,^[3] including a music venue called the Backstage, which closed in 1998.^[4]
