BMS-F is a chemical from theaminoalkylindole family invented byBristol-Myers Squibb around 1999,[1] that acts as a potent and selectiveagonist for thecannabinoid receptorCB2, with aKi of 8 nM at CB2 and 500x selectivity over the relatedCB1 receptor. It hasantiinflammatory effects and inhibits release ofTNF-α.[2][3]
