Béla Volentik (5 December 1907 – 27 October 1990) was a Hungarian footballer and football manager. He played forNemzeti SC,Újpest,FC Lugano and with thebronze medal winning Hungary national team at the1960 Summer Olympics atRome, Italy.[1] He capped once.
He started his coaching career in Switzerland withFC Aarau and went on to coachFC St. Gallen,BSC Young Boys,FC Lugano andLausanne Sport.[2] He then had a stint with theLuxembourg national football team before coming back to Hungary where he coachedBp. Haladás,MTK twice, leading them to the1964 European Cup Winners' Cup Final andPécsi Dózsa. He also coachedBulgaria andBFC Dynamo.
