Azar Mansouri (Persian:آذر منصوری) is an Iranianreformist politician.
She is a founding member of theUnion of Islamic Iran People Party[1] and the party's secretary-general.[2] She is also a senior member of theIslamic Iran Participation Front.[3] Mansouri was a campaigner for theOne Million Signatures and considered is among the pioneers of Iranian NGOs working for women's rights.[4] She was disqualified for the2008 Iranian legislative election[5] and arrested following thepost-election protests in 2009.[3]
