TheAtlantic Reporter (ISSN 8750-2631) is aUnited States regionalcase law reporter. It is part of theNational Reporter System created by John B. West forWest Publishing Company, which is now part ofThomson West.[1]

TheAtlantic Reporter contains select opinions ofstate supreme courts and lowerappellate courts from the following jurisdictions:

The first series of theAtlantic Reporter was published from 1886 until 1938, for 200 volumes. TheAtlantic Reporter, Second Series, was published from 1939 until 2010, for 999 volumes. TheAtlantic Reporter, Third Series, is published from 2010 to the present. Thecitation forms for these series areA.,A.2d, andA.3d respectively.
