TheAstor Court Building is a 12-story, 164 unitapartment building onBroadway between West89th Street and90th Street on theUpper West Side ofManhattan inNew York City, built in 1916. It was designed by architectCharles A. Platt for developerVincent Astor.[1] The twelve-story building is constructed around a landscaped courtyard. Architectural historianChristopher Gray believes that the landscape architect may have beenEllen Biddle Shipman.[2] The building became a co-op in 1985.[2]
