ArthurTuur Albert Ceuleers (28 February 1916 inAntwerp,Belgium – 5 August 1998) was a Belgianfootballer.[1] Astriker forBeerschot VAC,[2] he was twiceChampion of Belgium in 1938 and 1939.
He was also aBelgian international in 1937 and 1938, 4 times. He was recalled ten years later, in 1948 for a match againstFrance, but did not play.[3] He continued his career after thewar until 1951, withRacing Club Bruxelles.
He is the 4th highest scorer in the history of the Belgian First Division, with 280 goals in 401 matches.[4]
