The route begins atU.S. Route 65 nearPindall and runs northeast intoMarion County. The highway servesVerona and has a junction withHighway 125 before enteringBruno.^[3] Highway 235 has aspur route in Bruno which runs south through theunincorporated community. The route continues northeast toArkansas Highway 14 inYellville, where the route terminates.
