Baltimore Tower, also known asArena Tower and nicknamedThe Slinky due to its resemblance to thepopular toy, is a high-rise residentialskyscraper inMillwall on theIsle of Dogs,London, England. The building is located on a site that was previously the location of theLondon Arena. The 45-storey building comprises 366 residential apartments and is 149 meters in height. It was designed by American architecture firmSkidmore, Owings & Merrill.
Baltimore Tower won the Best Residential High Rise Award at the International Property Awards in 2017.[5]
Ballymore London Arena Ltd applied for an amended planning application toTower Hamlets in 2008.[6]
