TheArab Junior Athletics Championships (Arabic:البطولة العربية للشباب والشابات لألعاب القوى), also known as theArab U20 Athletics Championships, is a biennial internationalathletics competition between athletes under the age of 20 (juniors) fromArabic countries.[1] It is organised by theArab Athletic Association.
If was first held in 1984 – seven years after the inauguration of the seniorArab Athletics Championships.[2] AnArab Youth Athletics Championships was launched twenty years after the junior competition.[3]
