Aparna Raina is an Indianproduction designer. She started her career in 2006 as an art assistant on the filmKhosla Ka Ghosla and aset dresser in the critically-acclaimed filmThe Namesake. Since then she has worked on several films asart director and production designer. She was recently recognized for her work in the hitKonkani language filmNachom-ia Kumpasar, for "convincingly recreating spaces from a different era and with minute attention to detail".[1] She was awarded the62nd National Film Awards for Best Production Design forNachom-ia Kumpasar.[2][3]
