Apach (French pronunciation:[apak];German:Apach;Luxembourgish:Opech[ˈoːpəɕ]) is acommune in theMoselledepartment inGrand Est in northeasternFrance.

Apach is 2 km (1.2 mi) fromSierck-les-Bains, 25 km (16 mi) fromThionville, and 50 km (31 mi) fromMetz. It is on the right bank of the riverMoselle, on the border ofGermany andLuxembourg, the municipalities just across the border beingPerl in Germany andSchengen in Luxembourg. It has a station on theThionville–Trier railway, served by regional trains.

Apach was the scene of a skirmish between theFrench andGerman armies during theSaar Offensive of 1939.[3]

A natural reserve fororchids is located along the limestone hillsides, of which there are many in this town.
