Anton Stark (born August 23, 1929, in Dirgenheim, died February 10, 2018) was a Germanlawyer andCDUpolitician.[1]
Stark studiedphilosophy,Catholic theology,economics andlaw inTübingen,Baden-Württemberg andBonn,North Rhine-Westphalia. Afterwards, he received adoctoral degree on theconcept of the "social constitutional state" in 1959. Before he entered theBundestag, he was alawyer and anadviser for theStuttgart farmers association.[2]
He entered the Bundestag in 1965 and was elected for the first time on September 19 that year, increasing the CDU's first vote in the constituency to 50% from 39.7%.[2]
