Theantihelix (anthelix) is a part of the visibleear; thepinna.The antihelix is a curved prominence ofcartilage parallel with and in front of thehelix on the pinna.

The antihelix divides above into twolegs or crura; thecrura antihelicis, between which is a triangular depression, thefossa triangularis.
